The mask nonsense is just that.  It is being used to control the population, it is all theater.

 

 This asshat is consistent if nothing else.  A bit of research will show he has actually perfected his blather.  Rather than just killing a few thousand people during the aids shamdemic, he has now damn near destroyed the whole country.
